Today the landlord stopped by today with his two brothers to clean up the downstairs apartment and the patio. Place wasn't completely destroyed and the outside looks great.
The Silver Fox and I got to talking about horses and had him cracking up about my interactions with the old neighbors and whatnot. Then he asked me if I liked country music. I said yes so off we went to his truck and this is what he played
